Express can support data import?

I need to transfer the data from another system to Express, anyone know that, Express can support import function?
Any method I can transfer my data to Express system?
Express have mapping table to help import data?
Anyone know that...Please help!!

Express only import data master file such as customer details, stock details and it can do only first time that you just start using Express. But the system cannot import any transaction data eg. purchase or sales daily transaction.
