ชุมชนคนใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชี Express

Hello, I'm sorry for posting in English, but I am a system Admin for a company in Bangkok.

The Company I am working for uses Express v 1.0 it is running on a Server using Microsoft Small Business Server 2003.
Express is loaded and running on the server and my client computers connect to the program through a shared Connection, on a mapped Network.

The program has been working without a problem for over a year up until a few days ago, when the program either hangs or it fails load.

Checking the System files on my server I noticed that The Rundll32 Program library is flooding the windows task manager with at some points loading into the system more than 50 times.

Express is the only shared application in use on the server and there are no other programs running at the same time.

I'm suspecting that I might need to update the express program to a newer version, if so, is there an Update from Version 1.0 available?

if not, How do I get the Express program to stop Flooding my server with the Rundll32 system file?

ในเบื้องต้นเลย หากดูจากอาการที่เล่าให้ฟัง คือ ใช้งาน Express มานาน แต่เพิ่งจะมีปัญหาที่ว่านี้เมื่อไม่กี่วันก่อน อย่างนั้นอยากให้ลองเช็คในเบื้องต้นดูก่อนครับว่า มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอะไรในเครื่องที่ใช้ Express นี้หรือไม่ เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านฮฺาร์ดแวร์ หรือการติดตั้งซอฟท์แวร์ใหม่ๆ ลงไปในเครื่อง

โดยอาจจะลองตัดโปรแกรมในส่วนของ Startup ทิ้งไปชั่วคราว แล้ว restart เครื่องใหม่ จากนั้นลองใช้งานดูอีกที หากยังมีอาการเดิม อาจจะลองเช็คเรื่องไวรัสดูครับ เพราะการที่ rundll32 มีอาการฟลัดเยอะมากขนาดนั้น ผิดปกติอย่างมากครับ ซึ่งปกติแล้วตัว Express เองก็ไม่ลักษณะการทำงานแบบนั้น และยังไม่เคยได้รับแจ้งอาการลักษณะนี้จากผู้ใช้เลยนะครับ ดังนั้นแม้จะส่งแผ่นมาอัพเดท ก็ไม่น่าจะแก้ไขปัญหาที่ว่านี้ได้

อีกประการหนึ่ง หากใช้เป็นระบบแลน อาการที่ว่านี้เป็นเฉพาะบางเครื่องหรือเปล่าครับ หรือเป็นกับทุกเครื่องเลย เพราะถ้าเป็นเพียงบางเครื่อง อาจจะมุ่งประเด็นไปที่ความผิดปกติของเครื่องนั้นๆ เช่น การติดไวรัส การทำงานผิดพลาดของระบบ ฯลฯ

Yes I ran i virus Check on the Server and There is no Viruses, I scanned with Norton Anti virus Corporate, NOD 32 and Avira, all report that the server is Clean.

I will try a new install of the express program, but if I do, will a new install write over my existing Data?

I'm new to the Express program, and I'm still trying to learn how the application works, I'm assuming I have to Back up the data before the new installation starts, Where do I find the Data files?

Can I simply copy the Data Files into a temporary folder and copy them back after re installing the program?

Also if I'm going to re install I'm thinking to do it with a newer version, is there a newer version than 1.0?

เราสามารถติดตั้งโปรแกรมเข้าไปใหม่ โดยที่ไม่กระทบกับข้อมูลที่ได้ป้อนเอาไว้แล้วได้ครับ โดยเรียกว่าเป็นการติดตั้งโปรแกรมแบบอัพเดท

โดยจะใช้วิธีการติดตั้งเหมือนกับการติดตั้งโปรแกรมใหม่ทุกอย่าง ยกเว้นว่าเมื่อถึงขั้นตอนของการเลือกข้อมูลที่จะติดตั้ง ให้เอาเครื่องหมายหน้าบรรทัดข้อมูลทดสอบ กับข้อมูลเปล่าออก แค่นั้นครับ

และเพื่อความปลอดภัยยิ่งขึั้น ก่อนการติดตั้งโปรแกรมใหม่ ให้ใช้เมนูสำรองข้อมูลจากในโปรแกรม Express สำรองข้อมูลทั้งหมดเป็นไฟล์ไว้ในฮาร์ดิสก์ หรือจะเก็บไว้บนพวกแฟลชไดร์ฟ ธัมบ์ไดร์ฟก็ได้ครับ และเมื่อการติดตั้งโปรแกรมเสร็จ หากมีปัญหาเรื่องข้อมูลหาย ก็สามารถดึงข้อมูลสำรองชุดนี้ขึ้นมาใช้งานได้

ตอนนี้เวอร์ชั่น 1.0 ยังเป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดอยู่ครับ อาจจะมีการอัพเดทบ้างเล็กๆ น้อยๆ แต่ก็เป็นการอัพเดทในเรื่องของการปรับการแสดงผลบนหน้าจอ การแก้ไขเรื่องแบบฟอร์ม/รายงานเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ครับ
