-Operations (by the host)
    -Determine the destination IP Address
          -Send a UDP packet to the local DNS server
          -Local DNS Server knows the desination host's IP address
              -Sends a DNS response back to the sending host
          -Local DNS server dose not know the destination IP address
              -Send a seconds UDP packet to the next highest DNS host,
                and so on, until the destination host's IP address is determined
