อยากทราบว่า น่าจะเกิดจากสาเหตุ อะไรค่ะ และในกรณีนี้ ทำให้ข้อมูลสูญหายได้รึปล่าวค่ะ(ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรก...)
ถ้าสูญหายได้ น่าจะเกิดกับแฟ้มข้อมูลไหนค่ะ และเกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าคงเหลือไหมค่ะ (อันนี้สำตัญที่สุดค่ะ)
